The Hanbok is a traditional Korean ceremonial attire rental store with majority wedding and baby’s first birthday clients.
From 2021 to 2022, I designed various flyers and information sheets and also managed their Instagram: posting creative contents and responding to customer inquiries, comments, shares, reposts, or mentions.
Since 2023, I began specializing in Pyebaek (traditional bowing ceremony) events from coordinating to emceeing.
Design Work
The background used in the two right flyers is a traditional Korean paper print.
Precautionary label inserted into each garment bag for Hanbok rental clients to combat common
issues we had with damaged products.
Coordinator
-
on-site managing & emcee (bilingual)
-
organizing & communicating via phone or email
Pyebaek originated as a ceremony for the bride to pay her respects to the groom’s family members as she is formally accepted into the family. Today, both sides of the family are invited to participate.
My purpose as an emcee is to preserve the deep meaning behind the tradition while also incorporating modern humor for entertainment.
